The SIMS 2 Pets is originally released for Playstation Portable (PSP) platform. But this game is also playable on others modern devices today on computers, Android, iOS, and other system which has support to PSP emulator software / application. The SIMS 2 PSP game must be dumped first into a .iso ROM file before can be played using the emulators.
The third The SIMS game series and also the last The SIMS game for Playstation Portable I think: The SIMS 2 Pets. The game is pretty fun especially for pets lover of course, because The SIMS 2 Pets is focusing players to keep, train, and comforting his pets.
On the beginning game, as usuall like another The SIMS PSP game player will have option to create SIMS characters. I said "Characters", because The SIMS 2 Pets is also different with other The SIMS 2 game released for PSP from its SIMS characters controls, it has a multi control SIMS mode which means player can freely swith to control another SIMS. So it is not a single SIMS mode.
And the main gameplay, Petting. Besides creating SIMS characters, player will have option to create and decide which pets a family should have own. Select from cats or dogs, decide the breeds, body details, etc.
The fun of The SIMS 2 Pets PSP game of course is come from keeping and taking care of the pets. The cats or dogs is have their own needs, aspirations, and also their own objectives. The SIMS characters must help the pets stay keep happy and motivated by filling it's food bowl, buy its furniture, teach it new tricks, take a walk to town, and many more.
Performance, Played on my low end singlecore CPU Android phone using PPSSPP emulator application, The SIMS 2 Pets just gave me an "Ok" speed. Maybe it need more powerfull hardware like multicore CPU and RAM at least 1 GB to play The SIMS 2 Pets PSP game more smoother.
